The PSA Board comprises up to eleven voluntary Board Members, including four office bearers; President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Company Secretary. The Immediate Past National President is also a contributor to regular PSA Board meetings.

She first joined the PSA in 2001 and has served on the Queensland Chapter Leadership Team, twice as a Director on the National Board and is now in the role of Company Secretary. Denise has held a number of Directorships on not-for-profit Boards.
One of the niche areas in which Denise has had considerable success, is supporting the personal and professional development of women in rural, regional and remote areas of Australia by utilising government grants and strategic partnerships.
